Before You Buy

Want to see it in person? Just book a test-drive appointment — no payment needed to inspect.
Want it shipped? You review and sign the Sales Agreement, Bill of Sale, and Warranty document first — we only send the invoice and payment instructions after you've signed. Your 5-day inspection window starts the moment it arrives.
Shipping is quoted up front: $1.00 per mile for open transport, $1.50 per mile for enclosed transport — so your total landed cost is clear from day one.
Every eligible vehicle includes the DRIVE+ Warranty — 12 months / 12,000 miles, no extra cost.

Sign & return — once we receive your signed documents, we send your invoice along with payment instructions
Pay within 24 hours of receiving the invoice
We arrange transport — DRIVE+ Warranty and your 5-day inspection window start the moment the vehicle arrives (see section 03)

We'd rather you walk away than be unhappy. Ask for whatever extra photos, a vehicle history report, or specs you need before you make the trip.
For buyers who choose delivery, we include a 5-Day Inspection & Test-Drive Period from the moment the vehicle arrives at your address.
Drive it, look it over, confirm it matches the listing and the agreement. If something is wrong that we didn't disclose, you have the right to raise it within that window — no pressure, no rush.

This 5-day window applies to shipped orders only. If you inspected and signed in person at our lot, the sale is final at that point — but the DRIVE+ Warranty (section 06) still applies.
Payment & Pricing
When payment is due:
In-person pickup: after you've inspected and test-driven the vehicle and agreed to buy. No payment to book an appointment.
Shipped orders: after you've reviewed and signed the Sales Agreement, Bill of Sale, and Warranty document. You receive your invoice with payment instructions next — payment is due within 24 hours of the invoice.
Your paperwork comes first, your payment comes after. You'll never be asked to send a dollar before you've seen and signed the full Sales Agreement and Warranty in writing. Accepted payment: bank wire transfer — full wire instructions are included with your invoice.

The price you see on the listing is the price of the vehicle. Period.
The only thing on top of the listed price is shipping, and only if you choose delivery — $1.00 per mile open transport or $1.50 per mile enclosed, always quoted to your address before you sign.
Applicable taxes, title, and registration fees are based on your state and are normally handled when you register the vehicle in your name. If you have questions about your state's rules, ask us before you buy.
Warranty & Protection
Every eligible vehicle includes the DRIVE+ Warranty — no extra cost, no upsell. Coverage starts the day the vehicle is delivered or picked up.

Documentation & Logistics
Cars are titled, so the paperwork transfers ownership cleanly to you. What you get with every vehicle:
You handle title, registration, and plates in your home state based on your local DMV rules — we provide everything you need to do it.
Signed title — transferred to you (or handled per your state's title process for shipped/out-of-state buyers)
Bill of Sale — make, model, year, VIN, and purchase price
Odometer disclosure — the recorded mileage at sale
Your DRIVE+ Warranty document — signed and on file
Our multi-point inspection report — what we checked and what we found
Owner's manual & service records — whatever is available with the vehicle
Two ways to take delivery:
Pickup at our Buffalo, NY lot — book an appointment, inspect, test-drive, then pay and drive home the same day. No payment to book.
Nationwide shipping — $1.00 per mile for open transport, $1.50 per mile for enclosed transport. Request a Purchase Agreement on the listing, review and sign your paperwork, then pay within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. DRIVE+ Warranty & 5-Day Inspection start the moment it arrives.
Open vs. enclosed: open transport is the most common and economical option; enclosed adds protection from weather and road debris and is popular for premium, classic, or low-mileage vehicles. We quote your exact cost before you sign.
All listings are subject to change. We reserve the right to remove or withdraw any vehicle prior to sale due to sold status, damage, repair work, or unforeseen circumstances. Active listings do not guarantee availability until a signed purchase agreement is in place.
